At M-G Lawnmower Shop, we are committed to delivering your lawn equipment quickly, safely, and at no additional cost. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping options, delivery timelines, processing procedures, and what to expect when you place an order with us.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, hidden fees, or surcharges. Your order will be processed promptly and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines

Below is a breakdown of our standard shipping option:

How Delivery Time is Calculated:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Example: If you place an order on Monday afternoon, it will typically be processed by Wednesday and delivered by the following Tuesday (assuming standard transit time of 5-6 business days).

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier schedules, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time), excluding federal holidays.

Processing Steps:

  1. Order Received: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email with your order number, items purchased, shipping address, and total cost
  2. Order Processing: Your order is prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. This includes picking, packing, and inspection
  3. Shipment: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Destinations

At this time, M-G Lawnmower Shop ships exclusively within the United States (all 50 states). We currently do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

We are actively exploring options to expand our shipping services to additional countries and territories in the future. If you are located outside our current shipping zone, please contact us at info@mglawnmowershop.com to inquire about future shipping availability.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier name (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
  • Link to track your shipment online
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order in real-time using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website. Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipment.

6. Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe and tracking shows it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@mglawnmowershop.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement or refund.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Do not discard the packaging or damaged items
  2. Take photos of the damaged package and contents

  4. Provide your order number, photos, and description of the damage

We will arrange for a replacement shipment or full refund at no cost to you. You may be asked to return the damaged item using a prepaid return label.

Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, M-G Lawnmower Shop is not responsible for stolen or missing packages. However, we understand this can be frustrating, and we encourage you to:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or family members
  • Verify the delivery address and any special instructions
  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim

7. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@mglawnmowershop.com with your order number and updated address.

Important:

  • Address changes can only be made before your order ships
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect or reroute the package
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays

8. Carrier Selection

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The carrier is selected automatically at the time of shipment.

If you have a carrier preference or special delivery instructions, please include them in the order notes at checkout or contact us at info@mglawnmowershop.com. While we cannot guarantee a specific carrier, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

While we strive to ship all orders on time, delays may occur due to:
