How do I place an order?

Browse our selection of lawn equipment, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter shipping information and payment details. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately at info@mglawnmowershop.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Once shipped, changes are not possible, but you can return the item once received.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save favorites, and speed up future checkouts.

Can I order parts or accessories?

Yes! We stock a variety of replacement parts and accessories for lawn equipment. If you don’t see what you need, contact us and we’ll help you find it.

Shipping

Is shipping free?

Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive within 3-8 business days. This includes 1-2 business days for processing and 2-6 business days for transit.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We are actively exploring options to expand our shipping services to additional countries in the future.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this number on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to monitor your package.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact us at info@mglawnmowershop.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

When will I be charged?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, original condition, all parts included. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

How do I initiate a return?

Email info@mglawnmowershop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorization number and instructions.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. It may take an additional 3-7 business days for your bank to post the refund (total: approximately 10-17 business days).

Do you charge restocking fees?

No! We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

Are your products new or used?

We specialize in NEW lawn equipment and outdoor power tools. All our products are in new condition unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Do you offer warranties?

Do products require assembly?

Are all products in stock?
